The following specifications are designed to assist you in acquiring a FALLS® Fixed Angle Dozer Blade or its equal. Differences in manufacturing designs are acknowledged. The dimensions within the specifications are intended to indicate the size, type, and quality of unit desired. Snow plow shall be latest design and model. Materials used shall be top grade to insure quality. |

Moldboard:
|
Moldboard shall be constructed of not less than 1/4" high tensile steel rolled to a precise curvature of 27" radius to produce an efficient dispersal of material. Bottom moldboard support shall be minimum 4" x 4" x 3/4" MOD-36 angle iron with reinforcement gussets between the bolt holes. The moldboard reinforcement shall consist of four (4) rolled channel iron, 4" 7.25#. Each end of the moldboard shall be reinforced with 1/4" A-36 steel plate. Top moldboard support shall consist of 2" x 2" 3/16" square tubing. Moldboard shall be provided with lift ring. |
